Rice production and processing are the exclusive preserve of Société Ivoirienne de Production de RIZ (SIPRIZ). In addition to supervising village plantations, the ETHIC Group subsidiary has set up a unit to process paddy into milled rice.

A total of 5 T/H of rice will be supplied, with the aim of making CI self-sufficient in rice by 2030. In addition to its policy of food self-sufficiency, the company exports the fruit of its operations as fine broken rice, medium broken rice and wholegrain rice.
